I have an established network of builders I work with in all price ranges for people that wish to build instead of buying resale. I also work closely with our Relocation Department.

Being a Platinum Group Broker allows me to provide specific answers to important questions, and cover the concerns that buyers may have such as school district information and statistics, cost of living information, etc. By marshaling the resources of The Platinum Group, I am able to give all my clients the 'face time' they deserve in a tailored fashion. It is important that I get to know who my clients really are and help them find the right home. This can involve family, hobbies, education, work, religion...you name it. I have access to a wide variety of information on the various school districts concerning both education and extracurricular activities. I am no stranger to understanding the needs of retiree’s, or the desires of those interested in part-time (fair weather) residency.
