Raquel went above and beyond. She is absolutely amazing. She never pressured us to go look above our price range. She was extremely patient with us and helping us find the perfect house. She made sure that our needs and concerns were always addressed. She is a wonderful person to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone we know looking for a realtor.

So, I decided to sell my house, pack up, and move myself and my dogs from Texas to Colorado Springs. Prior to making the move I visited the city a few times and met with Raquel to look and learn about the The Springs and browse potential homes. Her warmth and what can best be described as utter charm won me over immediately! She knew exactly what a single girl like me needed after I gave her a rather short list of my likes/dislikes and lifestyle. She happily drove me all over town and was always available to answer all of my questions.  Once I returned home, she sent me lists of new-to-market houses on a daily basis and even took videos of the ones that drew my interest. 

The best part? She has the patience of Job. She held my hand through the unavoidably stressful loan process and I’ll admit to being a bit of an emotional mess. Raquel, however, remained as cool and as cheery as a cucumber through the entire process. Her level of knowledge about the ever changing real estate market is also second to none. 

I’d like to pretend she’s all mine but, unfortunately, she doesn’t just belong to me. I will gladly share her and The Platinum Group realtors with anyone looking to purchase a home. You won’t find anyone better.
